Gabriel Boudier’s pomegranate liqueur is made from the entire fruit: indeed the pomegranate seeds contain a very subtle nectar and the skin brings acidity. The pomegranate juice gives the liqueur a stunning dark red colour and its fresh tangy flavour.

Freshly cut slices of fresh ginger root are macerated to extract the spicy flavours and intensity of the ginger, while, in order to obtain the volatiles and fine aromatics, we also distill dried ginger.
