Developed over decades, and featuring Italian juniper berries, which give the gin a distinctly different sense of terroir and Sfusato lemon peels from the Amalfi Coast, also a unique flavour. Citrus and juniper meld well together, and there’s a touch of star anise on the nose. Citrus and coriander round out the flavour profile. It’s ideal with a lemon martini or served with sparkling water and plenty of fresh Amalfi lemons.
