Description

Burly Citrus Gin is produced in hand crafted sets of bespoke stills at our artisan distillery in Burleigh Heads.

Infusion of  4 berry varieties and a combination of premium ingredients come together to achieve the unique flavour profile of our double distilled gin.

The aroma of this ‘very very berry’ variant is pronounced raspberry and strawberry, supported by juniper and spice. The palate exhibits the same flavours and complimented by elderberry and notes of vanilla and sweet cardamon.

With a luscious mouthfeel and aftertaste lifted by the slight alcohol heat, it lends itself to enjoying straight, ‘on the rocks’ or in the cocktail of your preference, ideally with a strawberry or fruit of the forest skewer and a sprig of mint leaves.
