Talisker 25 Year Old Single Malt, is a Single Malt from the Talisker Distillery on the Isle Of Skye in Scotland. The 2015 release consists of only 9882 bottles drawn from re-fill casks.

On the nose the Talisker 25 Year Old, has an abundance of citrus aromas with hints of vanilla. There are more oaky aromas than expected, as well as a deep earthy peat that comes out when a few drops of water is added. The palate has flavours of pepper, with sweetness that has a kick of peat behind it. It leaves some impact. The finish is light in smoke and leaves a lovely black peppery flavour.
