Wayne Klintworth launched Bass and Flinders Distillery in Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula in 2009 using locally-sourced native Australian ingredients. In 2016, his daughter Holly Klintworth joined the team and took the reins as Managing Director and Head Distiller, and they’re now situated in Dromana in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula, just under 2 hours drive from Melbourne CBD.
