Description
Beluga, produced by the Itkul Distillery established in 1868, utilizes malt spirit derived solely from malted wheat as the foundation of its vodka. The malt spirit’s heightened enzyme content facilitates the entirely natural fermentation process, thus eliminating the necessity for additional ingredients or additives. Following a thorough five-time distillation process, the vodka is further enriched with rice extract and rhodiola rosea, commonly known as golden root. This practice of incorporating unique adjuncts is a long-standing European tradition.
