Description
Carménère made under a temperate, moderately warm climate and with a Mediterranean rain regime. Summer days influenced by the Coastal Mountain Range, with a great thermal difference between day and night. The cool coastal breeze that the vineyards receive during the afternoon helps maintain moderately warm temperatures in summer. Annual precipitation averages 600 millimeters with rain concentrated mainly in the winter months. It has been aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels. Pairing recommendation: roasted red meat.
