Making organic whisky is no easy feat, so we doff our caps to the team at Deanston distillery for this new 15 year old release. The organic barley has been sourced locally and it has been matured in American oak casks for a mellow and easy drinking style.
Nose: Sweet, soft and fruity. Balanced with woody notes of American oak.
Palate: Comforting malt and honeyed spice with the smooth, creamy sweetness of vanilla.
Finish: Incredibly crisp with a long lasting oaky sweetness.
