This limited edition single malt comes from The Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim and is the first single malt Irish whiskey distilled in Connacht in over 107 years. It’s a full bodied whiskey, distilled using malted Irish barley, while ageing in Kentucky bourbon casks has added vanilla and wood spice notes. It’s an elegant whiskey that would make a fantastic gift.
