DS Tayman created something wholly unique out of a robust Scotch from Caol Ila Distillery. The singular dram is aged 12 years and finished in Flam wine casks. DS Tayman’s Second Edition Caol Ila is bold, rich, and smoky. Strong, alluring tones of coffee grinds, chocolate and smoked brisket ebb and flow in this small batch Scotch. Notes of custard and gentle sea salt give way to bold and smoky coffee finish.
