Earning a Gold medal at the 2019 Cairns Wine Show, Hofer Family Wines is a boutique winery specialising in Italian varieties made using South Australian fruit and minimal oak.
Inky dark red to black in colour, with aromas of plum, blackcurrant, leather and cedar. Rich and full-bodied with deep saturation of dark fruit, new leather and pepper complexity, balanced tannins and a rich, mocha-like finish.
