100% Islay range is Islay’s only Single Farm Single Malt Scotch Whisky. It represents the revival of traditional farm distilling; the entire process from growing barley to bottling every bottle on site.

The 100% Islay 12th Edition was matured in 29 bourbon barrels and 6 oloroso sherry butts for a minimum of 8 years. A limited release of 12,500 bottles worldwide.

Nose – Elegant, sweet peat smoke, followed by waves of citrus and honey, finishing with notes of vanilla and salted caramel.

Palate – A Bourbon-driven 100% Islay brings an initial malt-driven profile followed by green fruits; apple and pear. Light spice, raisin and toffee are present towards the finish.

Finish – Peat smoke returns and remains on the palate. The oily texture of this 100% Islay allows for a creamy profile balanced with toffee and caramelised sugar.
