Limeburners has gained international recognition from the success at the International Wine and Spirits Competition in London including a medal haul of Silver Oustanding, Silver and Bronze Medals. Limeburners Director’s Cut comes from the Directors select reserve of barrels and represents the top shelf of the Limeburners range.

TASTING NOTES
Directors Cut has been smoked with peat collected by hand from near the Valley of the Giants and has been matured in an old bourbon cask and then finished in an old Australian Sherry cask. Exhibiting spice and floral aromas when neat, a splash of water unleashes malted barley and intense, complex smoky aromas. This Director’s Cut has a full bodied taste and a smooth finish.
