The story of Australia’s oldest cider brand, Mercury, began when Leslie Murdoch, a bookkeeper and overseer, teamed up with French winemakers, to create the Tasmanian Cider Company and Mercury was first brewed in an old convict-built warehouse on Hobart’s Waterfront in 1911. Mercury Crushed Passionfruit Hard Cider is an 8.2% ABV full flavoured passionfruit cider, that’s fermented with real passionfruit to create a delicate, delicious passionfruit aroma and subtle flavour, that’s perfectly balanced with an upfront refreshing tartness and smooth finish.
