Hard apple cider is created by fermenting apple juice and the addition of the word “hard” to cider was adopted by some cider makers to distinguish it from the non-alcoholic version of cider. Pouring a blush pink colour and 8.2% ABV, Mercury Crushed Raspberry has a subtle sweetness on the palate and is balanced with tartness from crushed berries, creating a slightly lingering clean finish.
