The ripening of our Cellar Master: the Madeira barrel harmonizes the notes, brings density, but also aromatic power. Then the Bourbon barrel softens the whole in order to melt the structure. It completes the mouth with an elegant note of candied orange, which gives breadth and roundness to the whole.
