Description

t is a family estate which is part of the historic estates of Santenay since it is the 5th generation which operates it. 14 hectares of vines for Santenay Abbey and almost all under this same appellation. All the vines on the estate are between 50 and 70 years old, which allows us to obtain grapes from quality plants. The Santenay Abbey estate is managed using biological control (grapes certified for 7 years) accompanied by biodynamics (for 5 years). The soil is worked according to its characteristics to ensure proper functioning of the root system.
