Distilled from a malted barley and wheat mash, Two-Fold Whisky is a uniquely Australian whisky. The grains are local, it is aged entirely in Australian red wine casks, but best of all it is distilled and matured in Melbourne where the highly variable weather causes it to age at an accelerated rate. The result is relatively young whisky with maturity beyond its years. Its aroma greets you with the scent of spiced tropical fruits and vanilla while your palate will appreciate the gentle toasted oat tones and wood tannins that serve to accentuate the fruity flavours rather than hide them.
