In 2016 three Melbourne neighbours embarked on a journey to create a barrel aged Negroni, that would delight aficionados of this most classic of cocktails.
Using only the finest ingredients, including genuine Campari and award-winning Mornington Peninsula gin, the 924 Negroni is blended and bottled entirely by hand, following 2 months aging in new French oak barrels.
Best enjoyed over an iceberg with an orange twist, or with a splash of Chinotto on a sunny afternoon.
