This is the second batch of the GlenAllachie 10 Year Old, which is the Cask Strength edition. It is a mix of first-fill bourbon casks, Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez and virgin oak

ABV 54.8%
Nose: Toasted almonds, mango, vanilla and a hint of liquorice.

Palate: Green apple sharpness tempered by honey and butter. A good core of malt loaf, toffee and quince.

Finish: Lasting nutmeg and black pepper heat.
