An artisanal mezcal from Tres Tribus that is made with a combination of agaves, all roasted using traditional methods. The palate brings notes of creamy agave, green pepper, soft smoke, apples, custard and clean minerals that work well in cocktails, or paired with vibrant, citrussy dishes.
