Ready to enjoy now, the wine should continue to develop in the bottle for a number of years, and should stay in good drinking condition for about five to seven years from harvest.

Yarden Chardonnay is made exclusively from grapes harvested from vineyards at elevations up to 1,200 meters (3,900 feet) in the northern Golan Heights, Israel’s coldest winegrowing region. Over the years, the northern Golan has become recognized for producing Chardonnay fruit of remarkable quality. The wine aged in French oak barrels, of which some 40% were new, for seven months.
