All products that bare the Zachlawi name are handcrafted in small batches to ensure consistency and superior quality. The Zachlawi Distillery took root and has been in full operation on the Jersey Shore since 2004. It continues to experiment, push the envelope and boldly go where others dare not.

The palate of Zachlawi Black Arak is bold and rich with anise flavors, smooth & full of soft coffee and vanilla. The finish is long and creamy, with a lingering subtle coffee flavor.
