This marks the inaugural age statement release by Glenglassaugh since its revival in 2008. The whisky was meticulously crafted using a combination of bourbon, sherry, and red wine casks, resulting in a remarkable product that left us thoroughly impressed.

Upon savoring each sip, one is immediately transported to a picturesque scene of summer fruits gently swaying in the refreshing ocean breeze.

The nose of this whisky begins with enticing notes of toffee and walnuts, followed by a distinctive coastal aroma intertwined with hints of liquorice and toasted wholemeal.

On the palate, vibrant and juicy fruits take center stage, before giving way to a rich and earthy medley of gingerbread, biscuits, and raspberries, providing a delightful contrast.
