Blue Spot Seven Year Old was matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and ex-Madeira casks. Bright tropical fruit give way to hints of spice and toasted hazelnut on the nose, leading to black pepper, toasted cinnamon and milk chocolate.

What I love about Blue Spot is that is showcases a youthful character that comes from a historic distillery.
