Font Freye by La Gordonne Rose is the fruit of the magical terroir of Côtes de Provence: a sunny and gentle Mediterranean climate, a mineral and fresh soil, enhanced by the know-how of La Gordonne in an exceptional natural setting. Night harvesting, direct pressing and, fermentation under controlled temperature are the key steps leading to a great rosé with freshness, finesse and balance. Blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault, typical Provencal grapes. On the eye : fresh pale pink color On the nose: intense notes of berries, accentuated by the scents of white flowers and pink grapefruit.. On the palate: fresh and fruity attack, a balanced wine, with a wide range aroma of red berries. A nice finish with length and finesse for a great tasting pleasure! This fruity rosé will be ideal to accompany grilled meats (lamb chops with herbs for example) or grilled vegetables such as eggplants and peppers.
