Description

A limited edition 17 year old expression from the Glencadam distillery, initially matured in bourbon casks before being transferred over to a trio of specially selected Portwood hogsheads to finish for a number of years. It was then bottled without chill-filtration or additional colours at 46% ABV. “The rather exquisite” malt with a beautifully balanced, pure flavour.

Colour: Stunning rosé pink hue

Nose:  Toffee and plum sweetness is softly swathed in vanilla and sumptuous malt

Palate: Lush sweet malt, plums and prunes swirl as one with summer fruits, vanilla and toffee

Finish: Abundantly porty-sweetness yields to a spicy finalé
