Description

Heidsieck & Co Monopole Gold Top Brut Champagne 2010 vintage is light yellow in colour. The nose is smoky, leading to hints of roasted dry fruits and subtle hints of hazelnut. Similar to that of gingerbread and honey. A creamy and round palate with good length and fine acidity.

This Champagne is best paired with shellfish or fish in a butter or cream sauce.
