Launched under a Spanish Royal Charter in 1890 as La F√°brica de Cerveza San Miguel was founded by Enrique Mar√≠a Barretoby and San Miguel Brewery’s production line was the first time that a brewery had been permitted to produce beer legally in the Philippines. Also known as the “The Laughing Horse” or the “Happy Horse”, San Miguel Red Horse Beer is an 8% ABV Strong Smooth Lager that pours a rich dark colour and flows across the tongue with a distinct, sweet flavour rounding out with a beautiful, moderately bitter and smooth finish.
