Description
When Sir Ernest Shackleton’s 1907 British Antarctic Expedition reached their Farthest South point in 1908, he placed a bottle of his favourite whiskey in the snow to mark their location and commemorate their accomplishment. 100 years later it was found frozen in the very spot he said it would be found. In his honour, Master Blender Richard Patterson recreated the exact same flavour profile and named it after Sir Ernest himself. Shackleton Blended Scotch Whisky has a rich, sweet flavour full of orchard fruit, oranges, pineapples and a slight hint of burnt sugar and honey.
