Description

The 12 year old expression from Macallan`s Fine Oak range, matured in a selection of American and European oak casks seasoned with Sherry, as well as American oak casks seasoned with bourbon.

Tasting Notes: 

Nose: Nectarines, sugared almonds and vanilla toffee. Spicy oak and golden malt lend a good balance to the sweet opening notes.

Palate: Good sherried malt in here, rich and sweet with plump raisins. Developing orange peel notes. Warm oak at the core.

Finish: Quite long with vanilla and sultana.
